(1)Board meeting resolving the amounts and payment of 2021
employees' remuneration $96,846,461 and Directors' remuneration $4,737,055.
(2)Among them, employees pay NT$96,846,461. For stocks.The number of shares
to be issued is calculated based on the closing price of the previous day
of the board resolution (March 4, 2022, the closing price of the Bank's
common shares is NT$13.45), A total of 7,200,480 new shares were issued,
with a denomination of NT$10 each, and less than one share of NT$5, paid
in cash. Directors' remuneration is paid in cash.
(3)There is no difference with the recognition of expenses in 2021.
