Subject: Disclosure of Material Information

In accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited (the "Company") hereby conveys the following material information:

• Unilever Plc officially announced on March 31, 2026, that it has entered into an agreement to combine its global Foods business with McCormick & Company, Inc., subject to required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions. This global transaction is expected to create a new combined group specializing in flavors and food products.

• Since the Company's majority shareholder, Conopco, Inc., is a subsidiary of Unilever Plc, this global arrangement is expected to result in a change in the ultimate beneficial ownership and control of the 76.5% shareholding currently held in the Company.

• At this stage, the Company is evaluating the specific implications of this global transaction on its local operations and corporate structure.

• Detailed information regarding the transition, timeline, and any subsequent changes to the control of the Company will be shared with the Exchange and the shareholders as and when it is received from the parent company.
