UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Roma, 18 May 2026 - Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan - STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 11 May 2026 and launched on 12 May 2026, announces that it has purchased on the Euronext Milan Market - STAR Segment in the period between 11 May 2026 and 15 May 2026 inclusive, a total of no. 3,062 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.0099% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 2.81 and for a total value of € 8,616.41.
