Munich, December 19, 2023 Publication of inside information pursuant to Article 17 MAR UMT United Mobility Technology AG: Munich Local Court Register Court rejects KB Holding GmbH's application for deletion of the registered capital increase By decision dated November 30, 2023, the Local Court of Munich Register Court has rejected the application of KB Holding GmbH for deletion of the register entry of February 18, 2021 (capital increase from authorized capital, entry number 24) of UMT United Mobility Technology AG ("UMT AG", Securities identification number WKN: A2YN70, ISIN: DE000A2YN702). KB Holding GmbH is of the opinion that the registered capital increase from authorized capital is null and void and should therefore be deleted in accordance with Section 395 FamFG. The Munich Local Court did not order the deletion of the entry in question, as the entry was not based on a lack of an essential requirement or a violation of essential procedural regulations. According to the court's decision, all documents and certifications required for the registration of the use of authorized capital were also submitted with the registration.
