HAMILTON, ON, Oct. 31 /CNW/ - U. S. Steel Canada Inc., formerly Stelco Inc., today announced the completion of the arrangement involving the acquisition by a subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation of all of Stelco Inc.'s outstanding common shares. The floating rate notes (TSX: STE.NT.U), the common shares (TSX: STE) and the common share purchase warrants (TSX: STE.W) were delisted at the close of business today.
