According to Turnkey Communication Services Public Company Limited (the company)'s initial public offering (IPO) of 78,000,000 shares, at the selling price of Baht 18 per share, total amount Baht 1,404 million. during the period of 7 January 2022 and 10 January 2022 until 11 January 2022. And the company listed the newly issued ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on January 17, 2022. The company received the net proceeds after the deduction of expenses relating to IPO at the amount of Baht 1,357.75 million.
