By Cristiana SandevaSabanci and E.ON subsidiary Enerjisa is in talks with the EBRD for an eight-year US$200m senior loan backing the US$399m development of a 250MW wind portfolio in Muila, with debt approval expected by December 3. The Gaia, Falp and Arturna schemes are the last three schemes to be financed by Enerjisa under its 1GW portfolio backed by the Turkish government's YEKA 2 public procurement programme with 15-year contracts priced at US$45.60/MWh–$36.70/MWh, depending on the projects. Enercon is supplying the turbines for the portfolio. The first 750MW was funded in November 2024 via a 10-year US$1bn ECA-covered project financing, including US$400m commercial debt from JP Morgan, HSBC and Akbank and development finance from US DFC, KfW IPEX-Bank, DEG and Proparco.
