TURBO GLOBAL PARTNERS, Inc. (TRBO) announces it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with an Exclusive Broker of ViaClean Technologies to bring to the global marketplace the BioProtect Us System. Terms of the joint venture have not been released other than TRBO will have a majority interest in the new company.
Mr. Robert Singerman, Chairman & CEO states, “What if there was a paradigm of thought, research and development, innovation and applications where it comes to protecting everyone from infectious diseases including MRSA, Staph infections, viruses, bacteria, mold and frankly all pathogens and microbes? There is and it’s been developed and currently marketed in the U.S. by ViaClean Technologies as the BioProtect Us System. Watch the video: https://vimeo.com/263560718 or https://youtu.be/62BnnoYZ16A
Singerman continues, “Both FDA and EPA approved, the patented technology attracts, pierces and destroys pathogens and microbes on a nano-level, and at the same time adheres to all surfaces, including the human body for 24-hours. After lengthy discussions and due diligence it became obvious the time to scale distribution and market the system to the global marketplace is at critical mass. It is a perfect fit for TRBO.”
Mr. Samuel Asfur, President of the new joint venture company with TRBO agrees, “As a Capital Acquisition and project funding consultant for most of my professional career followed by nearly two decades as a major real estate broker/developer, opportunities in my world is a common occurrence, but when I became aware of the BioProtect Us System I had to learn more. I immersed myself in the technology and verified all statements were true, and when I grasped adoption was across numerous sectors from hospitality to construction, government to retail, I secured a Brokerage relationship with the industry leader for the technology. Next it was necessary to seek a partner that could help us scale and introduce the technology to a global marketplace. TRBO was our choice as a partner, hands down.”
ViaClean’s website states “the BioProtect Us System addresses the elimination of microbes found in: The home, in the laundry/dry-cleaning industry, Senior Living Centers, in agriculture and transportation that moves our produce, in both plastics and metal manufacturing, in the clothes we wear, in hospitals and medical devices, in our offices and plants, on construction sites where dust and dirt need to be controlled, and where Governments are responsible for providing safe, clean, continuously protected areas for their communities.”
Singerman continues, "The joint venture will commence operations early 4th quarter 2018 with the deployment of our strategic and tactical plan, and we intend to leverage the synergies in the TRBO family of companies and our alliance partners - and the combined experience and expertise to reach the global marketplace. With our recently announced alliance partnership with the U.S. State Department's Official Partner in the Tampa Bay Region - World Partnerships, Inc. - we will utilize our newly launched TV Network www.OnNowTV.com/9132 to enlist World Partnerships' 100-influencers representing 100-countries to catapult the BioProtect Us System to the world, it is compelling indeed. We are confident the results both near and long-term will again translate into long-term renewable predictable revenue and EBITA that TRBO will report with its majority interest in the joint venture."
