TORONTO, March 3 /CNW/ - Stelco inc. - At the request of the company, both the Series A Common Shares (Symbol: STE.A) and the Series B Common Shares (Symbol: STE.B) will be delisted at the close on Friday, March 10, 2006. As stated in Toronto Stock Exchange Bulletin No. 2006-0008 dated January 4, 2006, should the proposed third amended and restated plan of arrangement and reorganization become effective, both the Series A Common Shares and Series B Common Shares will become worthless and be of no value.
