This is to inform that the 129'^ Meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Zamin Modaraba Management (Private) Limited, Management Company of Ti ust Modaraba will be held on Tuesday, 17" February, 2026, at 11:00 am at Head Office Karachi to consider the half yearly financial statements of Trust Modaraba for the period ended 31" December, 2025.
The Modaraba has declared the "Closed Period" from 10" February, 2026 to 17'^ February, 2026. (both days inclusive) as iequired under PBX Regulations. Accordingly. no Director, CEO or Executive shall. directly / indirectly, deal in the certificates of the Modardba in any manner during the closed period.
