Persuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the company will remain closed from 01.07.2025 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of un audited financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025 after being approved by the board of directors. The date of board meeting to approve the un audited financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025 will be informed in due course. The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed from for all the directors/ promoters/designated persons/or any other person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the company .
