Consolidated revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2005 was $1,401,412 with a consolidated net income of $14,398 ($0.002 per share), compared to consolidated revenue of $1,181,401 and consolidated net income of $27,060 ($0.003 per share) for the same period in fiscal 2004. The Company's consolidated cash position at September 30, 2005 was $264,070, an increase of $295,129 from September 30, 2004.
