Persuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remained closed for its Designated Partners and therir immediate relavtives with effect from Wednesday 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the end of the Board Meeeting wherein; Financials Results would be considered, approved and declared.
