Political involvement policy

This policy sets out Tritax Management LLP's ("Tritax") position on relationships with political groups and politically active individuals. This policy applies to all employees.
Political contributions and donations can involve cash and non-cash, such as the use of corporate facilities, services or materials or employee time. Typically they are to support a governmental entity, or a political organisation, party or candidate.
Tritax Management LLP and its funds under management prohibit any kind of support or contribution to political parties or candidates. Neither Tritax Management LLP nor any of the funds under its management have any political party affiliations and do not make political donations.
Tritax Management LLP prohibits political movement of any kind on the company's behalf and does not engage in political finance activities.
Employees of Tritax Management LLP may only offer support and contributions to political groups in a personal capacity.
In accordance with the Group Code of Conduct, Tritax Management LLP may engage with governments, regulators, public interest groups, industry associations and other bodies to contribute to discussion on issues that affect its sector.
This information is provided either directly to stakeholders or through our memberships of trade or policy-focused organisations. These memberships help to increase our understanding of issues and enable us to collaborate and to engage constructively in relevant policy and regulatory debates at an industry level.
Tritax Management LLP complies with all laws governing political engagement in each of the markets it operates in.
