Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has announced the appointment of two property professionals to its planning team: Bernadette Owens and Will Riley.
Bernadette and Will have joined the company's planning team as associate planning directors. Headed up by Jonathan Dawes, these new hires have increased its in-house capability to six planning specialists across two locations, Northampton and Manchester.
Bernadette brings a wealth of planning experience from both the public and private sectors including Tingdene Group, Cherwell District Council, Helix Management Solutions and South Northamptonshire Council.
Will has moved from David Lock Associates where he has worked for the last 12 years and has also spent time at Philips Planning Services Ltd, South Bedfordshire District Council and The Planning Inspectorate.
Speaking about the appointments, Jonathan Wallis, managing director at TBBD said: "We are thrilled to welcome Bernadette, and Will to the team.
