2.Cause of occurrence:Some information system services were affected by
 cyberattack
3.Handling procedure:After detecting some information systems being
 attacked by hackers,Tripod's IT department has initiated information
 security defense mechanism and recovery procedures right away.
 Meanwhile, Tripod also has been working with external cybersecurity
 experts to handle the incidents and has reported the anomaly to the
 relevant government authorities and IT department.
 Since it is mainly the IT systems being attacked, Tripod is executing
 the proper comprehensive networks(pages) and relevant files scanning
 to ensure the information is secured in high standards, then the
 business operations will be ready to work.
4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:No significant impact on operation
 currently.

6.Improvement status and future countermeasures:Tripod's IT team has been
 working with external cybersecurity experts to handle this cyberattacking
 of a few servers in Tripod together, the company has initiated
 the information security defense right away and processed the examination
 of cyberattacking. Meanwhile, Tripod reviews and strengths the current IT
 infrastructure in order to improve the level of information security
 and protect the information safety and completeness.
