To change in designation of Mr. Kaushik Jagannath Joshi (DIN: 00410595) from Additional (Executive) Director of the Company to Chairman & Additional (Managing Director) Director of the Company, for a period of 3 (three) years from 21.07.2026 to 20.07.2029, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company;2. To appoint Mr. Vikram Navin Vador (DIN: 11828723) as Independent Director (Non-executive) , Mr. Dhruv Suresh Bhanushali (DIN: 11831631) & Ms. Kiran Ramchandra Shelke (DIN: 11828692) as Independent Woman Director (Non-executive) of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years from 21.07.2026 to 20.07.2031, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company; &3.
