RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr. Georges René Gener ("Mr. Gener") has resigned as an executive Director with effect from 15 February 2020 due to his desire to pursue his other personal development. He also resigned from his other positions in the Group. It has been agreed between the Company and Mr. Gener that he shall be entitled to a sum of HK$690,000 as gratuity for his service upon his resignation.
Mr. Gener has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and the Company, and that there is no other matter relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Gener for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of services.
