Please be informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015,5th Meeting of Committee of Creditors of the Company will be held on December 27,2024 at 4.00 P.M. via zoom interalia for opening of the Resolution Plans, in front of the Resolution Applicants and in the presence of the committee of Creditors (CoC) as received by the Resolution Professional as on 26th December,2024 till midnight.
