Transfer of Treasury Shares
Headlam Group plc ('Headlam') announces that on 20 July 2012, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments.
5,269 ordinary shares at 222.20 pence per share
Following the above transfer of treasury stock, Headlam held 1,945,284 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 83,418,459.
