NOTIFICATION OF VESTING OF RESTRICTED SHARES
Transfer of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Board of River Global is pleased to confirm that it has today approved the vesting of 3,983,417 B Shares of 0.5p each ("B Shares") in the Company (which represent approximately 2.7 per cent of the B Share capital of the Company in issue) pursuant to the vesting of awards, which it is satisfying by transferring 3,983,417 B Shares held in treasury.
Following the above transfer, the Company's issued share capital consists of 178,903,511 A Ordinary Shares (none of which are held in treasury) and 149,292,970 B Shares (of which 1,371,353 B shares are held in treasury). Therefore, the current voting shares in issue, and the figures that may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules are 178,903,511 A Ordinary Shares and 147,921,617 B Shares.
