Cancellation of treasury shares
The Company announces that on 2 September 2004 the Company cancelled 1,685,880
ordinary shares of 2.5p each, held previously as treasury shares.
Following the cancellation of such treasury shares, the Company now holds 6,550
Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue
less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 226,792,505
Ordinary Shares.
