ANNOUNCEMENT
CHANGE IN VICE GENERAL MANAGER
The board of directors (the "Board") of TravelSky Technology Limited (the "Company") hereby announced that, Mr. Wang Wei has ceased to serve as a vice general manager of the Company with effect from 27 August 2020 because of reaching the age of retirement. Mr. Wang Wei has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Company would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for the valuable contribution of Mr. Wang Wei towards the Company during his tenure of service.
The Board hereby also announced that with effect from 27 August 2020, each of Mr. Liang Haifeng and Mr. Wang Jinping has been appointed as a vice general manager of the Company.
The biographical details of Mr. Liang Haifeng and Mr. Wang Jinping are set out below:
Mr. Liang Haifeng, aged 48, is a senior engineer. He obtained a bachelor degree in computer and applications and a bachelor degree in corporate management and foreign business from Beijing University of Technology. From July 1995 to October 2000, Mr. Liang Haifeng worked in Machine Room and Reservation Department of China Civil Aviation Computer Center, now known as China TravelSky Holding Company Limited (one of the promoters of the Company), and was responsible for maintenance for application of computer systems. From October 2000 to July 2020, Mr. Liang served in various departments such as Reservation Department, Global Distribution Business Department, Aviation Business Department and Research and Development Centre of the Company and held various positions such as the deputy section chief, section chief, vice general manager and general manager of departments or centres, deputy party secretary and party secretary. Mr. Liang has been engaged in industry informatization, marketing, team management for large-scale software for more than 25 years. Since October 2017, he has been serving as a member of the Communist Party Committee of China TravelSky Holding Company Limited and the Company. Mr. Liang has been serving as a member of the standing committee of Communist Party Committee of China TravelSky Holding Company Limited since July 2020.

Dr. Wang Jinping, aged 56, is a professor-level senior engineer. Mr. Wang graduated from Shandong University of Technology majoring in computer engineering in July 1986, obtained a master's degree in Finance from the School of Finance of Renmin University of China in July 1999 and a doctor's degree in management from School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University in November 2003. From July 1986 to February 1987, Mr. Wang worked in Computing Centre of the State Planning Commission (國家計委計算中心). From February 1987 to July 2001, Mr. Wang served in the State Information Centre (國家信息中心), where he held positions as vice director of Foreign Information Cooperation Division and vice general manager of China Economic Information Net (HK) Ltd.* (中國經濟信息網絡（香港）有限公司). From July 2001 to January 2005, Mr. Wang served as a vice president of China Technology and Economy Investment Consulting Co. Ltd.* (中技 經投資顧問有限公司). From January 2005 to August 2020, Mr. Wang held positions such as the head of information consulting department and head of general office of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation* (中國國際工程諮詢有限公司), and also served as a member of Expert Advisory Committee for State Information from February 2010 to January 2016. Since August 2020, Mr. Wang has been serving as a member of the standing committee of Communist Party Committee of the China TravelSky Holding Company Limited.
