Highlights from the 2025 report include: Business Strategy & Competitive Advantages Travelers embarked on “Innovation 2.0,” building on the innovation skill set developed over the past decade to capitalize on the opportunities presented by AI. More than 20,000 Travelers employees use AI tools on a regular basis, dozens of generative AI tools are in production, millions of transactions are automated, and agentic AI is embedded in the company’s business operations.
