Highlights from the 2025 report include: Business Strategy & Competitive Advantages Travelers embarked on “Innovation 2.0,” building on the innovation skill set developed over the past decade to capitalize on the opportunities presented by AI. More than 20,000 Travelers employees use AI tools on a regular basis, dozens of generative AI tools are in production, millions of transactions are automated, and agentic AI is embedded in the company’s business operations. Community Travelers and the Travelers Foundation gave approximately $24 million to local communities, with employees logging more than 125,000 volunteer hours. A notable donation for the year included a $1 million commitment to The Wadsworth in Hartford, Connecticut, to restore Wednesday public hours, expanding the museum’s weekly schedule from four days to five. Disaster Preparedness & Response Travelers resolved 90% of property catastrophe claims within 30 days.
