Caldwell Investments plc ('Caldwell' or the 'Company')
Cancellation of Listing and transfer to AIM
The Board of Caldwell announces that at the extraordinary general meeting held
today shareholders approved the cancellation of the listing on the Official List
and the transfer of the issued share capital to the Alternative Investment
Market ('AIM'), (the 'Transfer').
The Board announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the
listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List to be cancelled, with effect
from 8.00 am on Friday 25 November.
The Board is also applying to the London Stock Exchange plc for the ordinary
shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that
admission to AIM will be effective from 8.00 am on 25 November 2005.
Williams de Broe Plc has agreed to act as nominated adviser and broker to the
Company.
