Bhd. for the purchase of grocery (trading goods) and sanitary pad with herbal content of which the total consideration, by way of aggregation has exceeded the prescribed limit of 1% of NTHB Group's net assets based on the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 April 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
