| Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 August 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement. The Company wishes to announce that the expected completion date of the Proposed Acquisition is now extended to 24 November 2020 as certain conditions of the SSA are still pending.
