The Company announces that on 11 November 2024 it has purchased a total of 186,145 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased shares in treasury.
The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 1 August 2024.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 400,152,832 ordinary shares.
Since 1 August 2024, the Company has purchased 12,854,300 shares at a cost of £101,982,656.72.
