  19 February 2024 Auto Trader Group plc ("Auto Trader" or the "Company") Auto Trader Group plc Transaction in Own Shares   Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 February 2024 it purchased through Deutsche Numis the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 723.7852p per share:   Number of ordinary shares purchased: 200,000 Highest purchase price paid per share: 729.00p Lowest purchase price paid per share: 715.60p     Following the above transaction, the Company has 910,123,430 ordinary shares in issue and holds 4,957,701 ordinary shares in treasury.
