Volex plc has purchased 530,000 ordinary shares between July 20 and July 24, 2026, at prices ranging from 506.00p to 545.00p, with a weighted average price of 518.17p. These shares are intended for cancellation, reducing the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 183,847,640. Dates of purchase 20 July 2026 - 24 July 2026 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 530,000 Lowest price per share (pence): 506.00 Highest price per share (pence): 545.00 Weighted average price per day (pence): 518.17 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 183,847,640 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue of which none are held in Treasury. The figure of 183,847,640 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
