DR. MARTENS PLC TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES & CONCLUSION OF BUYBACK Dr. Martens plc (" Dr. Martens ") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc (" Morgan Stanley "). Such purchase forms part of the Company's existing share buyback programme and was effected pursuant to the instructions issued by the Company on 1 June 2023, as announced on 14 July 2023: Ordinary Shares Date of purchase: 15 December 2023 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 186,202 Highest price paid per share: 95.05p Lowest price paid per share: 93.65p Volume weighted average price paid per share: 94.63p Dr. Martens intends to cancel the purchased shares.
