Frasers Group announces that during the period from 29 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 it purchased in aggregate 3,817 of its ordinary shares from Panmure Liberum Limited (acting as the Company's broker) as part of the Company's buyback programme announced on 17 September 2026, as further detailed below. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
