JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc (the “Company”) has repurchased into Treasury 53,742 ordinary shares at 608.512 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 48,479,938 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 87,834,965.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
