Transaction in Own Shares
Quilter plc has announced the purchase of 1,018,109 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange for £1,864,522.24 and 518,588 ordinary shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for ZAR 21,018,376.56 (approximately £950,079.18) between March 4th and March 6th, 2026. These acquired shares are intended for cancellation, which will reduce the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 1,402,568,801, with the company holding no shares in treasury. Disclaimer*
