Lion Finance Group PLC announces Transaction in own shares
Lion Finance Group PLC (the “Company”- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that on 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 October 2026, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited (“Cavendish”) purchased on behalf of the Company ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange, as set out in the table below (the “Repurchased Shares”). These purchases were made pursuant to the share buyback and cancellation programme announced on 20 August 2025, extended on 20 November 2025, 25 February 2026 and 7 May 2026 and further extended on 11 August 2026 (the “Buyback Programme”).

Application will be made later for the Repurchased Shares to be cancelled pending which the shares will be held in Treasury. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 42,995,844 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements following the completion of any additional purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.
