Transactions in own shares
Quilter plc (the “Company”) announces today it has purchased the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each from Merrill Lynch International as an “on Exchange” transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Since 08 September 2026, the Company has purchased 14,369,167 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £25,805,226.74.
Following the above transactions, the Company has 1,349,928,964 ordinary shares in issue and holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
