Transaction in own shares
Hunting PLC (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 17 March 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Canaccord Genuity Limited for the period from 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 151,485,623 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 151,485,623. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
