Transaction in Own Shares
HISCOX LTD ("Hiscox" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") announced on 25 February 2026 and further to the update to the Buyback Programme announced on 17 August 2026, the Company has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") through Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") during the period 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026.
