The Company announces that, in accordance with the authority granted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2026, today the Company purchased 145,000 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BD6H5D3 / ISIN: GB00BD6H5D36), representing approximately 0.0660% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 178.890 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.
