JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today repurchased 250,000 of its own ordinary shares into Treasury at a price of 614.69 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 38,941,829 of its ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 542,947,192. This figure (542,947,192) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
