JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the "Company") announces that it has today repurchased 250,000 of its own ordinary shares into Treasury at a price of 612.94 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 39,376,975 of its ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total issued share capital, excluding the total number of shares held in Treasury is 542,512,046.
