Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 2 October 2026 it purchased 16,056 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company for treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,143,076 ordinary shares in treasury and has 18,398,290 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).

In total, since the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting, the Company has repurchased 865,490 ordinary shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,398,290. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule.
