Aurora UK Alpha plc announces that in accordance with the authority granted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 10 June 2026, it purchased on 1 October 2026 30,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 248.5683 pence per share. These shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

Following this transaction, the Company holds 9,362,657 Ordinary shares in treasury and has 114,572,742 Ordinary shares in issue, including those in treasury.
