Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 12 October 2026 it purchased for cancellation 20,000 A Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of $1.775 per share, pursuant to the buyback programme announced on 16 March 2026.
Following the cancellation, the Company will have 41,626,503 A Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no A Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the buyback programme.

The Company aims to manage its investment in portfolios of life settlement products so that the realised value of the policy maturities exceeds the aggregate cost of acquiring the policies, ongoing premiums, management fees and other operational costs.
