IP Group plc has announced the repurchase of 366,813 ordinary shares on November 18, 2025, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares were acquired at a volume-weighted average price of 60.3048 pence, with the highest price paid being 60.60 pence and the lowest at 59.80 pence. Transaction in Own Shares IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group"), today announces that Numis Securities Limited (which is trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis"), purchased on behalf of IP Group the number of ordinary shares of 2 pence each on the London Stock Exchange as set out in the table below (the Repurchased Shares ) pursuant to the IP Group share buyback programme, an extension to which was announced on 26 June 2025 (the Buyback Programme ). Date of purchase: 18/11/2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 366,813 Highest price paid per ordinary share (GBp): 60.60 Lowest price paid per ordinary share (GBp): 59.80 Volume weighted average price paid per ordinary share (GBp): 60.3048 Any Ordinary Shares purchased under the Buyback Programme will be cancelled in order to decrease the number of Ordinary Shares in issue. Accordingly, following the above transaction and subsequent cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the Group has 883,427,642 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, IP Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. IP Group will make further announcements following the completion of any additional purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.
