Trading Update & New Agreements

The Company is pleased to announce that following the agreement with Accessoires
Beaute Cosmetique announced in February to distribute the ELITE MODELS FASHION
beauty accessories range, this relationship has been further enhanced. The
Company will now also be distributing:
- the ELITE MODELS FASHION colour cosmetics range, under an exclusive five
year agreement within Great Britain;
- the Princesse Lili haircare accessory brand, under an exclusive five year
agreement within Great Britain
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with
Filtral SA to distribute the ELITE MODELS FASHION sunglasses range, under an
exclusive two year agreement within Great Britain.
Distribution of the beauty products range commenced in March 2007 and the
preliminary distribution income for the half year to 31 May 2007 was £89k. The
Company's total consultancy income for the same period was £83k. During the
half year to 30 November 2006, the Company's total income was £78k, all derived
from consultancy work.
The Company has signed a 3 year exclusive deal to supply the ELITE MODELS
FASHION colour cosmetics range into a leading high street retailer from
September 2007. The initial pipeline order for this launch is expected to be in
excess of £240k.
In total, the Company expects to make sales to of ELITE MODELS FASHION branded
goods of circa £750k during the current half year up to end of November 2007
with the full effect of the Christmas period falling in the second half year.
