FDM GROUP (HOLDINGS) PLC ("FDM GROUP", "FDM" or "THE GROUP")
TRADING UPDATE
FDM Group, a global professional services provider with a focus on Information Technology, today provides the following trading update.
The Board anticipates that the Group's financial performance for the full year to 31 December 2026 will be in line with its expectations.
We highlighted at the half-year a gentle pick up in the volume of customer requirements, and consequent incremental growth in the number of Consultants assigned to clients. Since then, the momentum in customer engagement has continued, and at 31 October 2026 the number of Consultants assigned to clients has increased to 2,070 (30 June 2026: 2,042; 31 October 2025: 2,003). Across the Group, there are stronger pockets of performance, with our North American operations showing signs of more normalised hiring cycles and our UK Public Sector and Retail-focused activities showing resilience. Elsewhere, trading environments remain mixed, but there are some encouraging opportunities for us to focus on.
The Group has maintained its robust balance sheet, with £31.9 million of cash at 31 October 2026 (30 June 2026: £31.1 million; 31 October 2025: £40.1 million) and no debt. An interim dividend of 3.0 pence per share, amounting to £3.3 million, is due to be paid on 13 November 2026 (2025: 6.0 pence per share, amounting to £6.6 million, paid on 14 November 2025).
We continue to adjust our resources in line with market conditions, prudently managing our cost base while retaining sufficient agility to respond to evolving client demand.
