Announcement regarding the Issuance of Tax Compliance Report

TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereafter the «Company») informs the investment community that following the completion of the special tax audit for the financial year 2023, in accordance with the provisions of article 65A of Law 4174/2013, as in force, which was conducted by the Company's statutory independent certified auditors, a tax compliance report both for the Company and its Greek Subsidiaries, was issued with a conclusion "without reservation".
