Toyo Tire : Announcement of Change to Organizational Structure and Change of Assignments for Executive

Hyogo, Japan - February 18, 2026 - Toyo Tire Corporation (President & CEO: Takashi Shimizu) announces the following organizational structure change and change of assignments for a Corporate Officer.

1. Organizational Structure Changes

   The following changes to the organizational structure will take effect on March 13, 2026.

   (Renaming of Organizational Units and Dissolution of Divisions)

   The Company will rename the organizational units overseeing sales in the Americas under Sales Headquarters to better align their names with their roles in enabling faster decision-making and execution of regional sales strategies. The Company will also create a flatter organizational structure by placing the Europe, Africa & Middle East Sales Department, the Asia & Oceania Sales Department, and the Japan Sales Department directly under Sales Headquarters to streamline decision-making and action related to regional sales strategies.

   1. The Americas Business Development Division will be renamed the Americas Sales Division.

   2. The Americas Business Development Department will be renamed the Americas Sales Department.

   3. The Europe, Africa & Middle East Sales Division will be dissolved. The Europe, Africa & Middle East Sales Department currently under the Division will be placed directly under Sales Headquarters.

   4. The Asia & Oceania Sales Division will be dissolved. The Asia & Oceania Sales Department and the Japan Sales Department currently under the Division will be placed directly under Sales Headquarters.

2. Change of Assignments for a Corporate Officer (effective on March 13, 2026)
