Toyo Engineering Corporation hereby announces that the Company will implement an organizational restructuring effective April 1, 2026, as outlined in the attached document.
Overview of the Organizational Restructuring
- The Carbon Neutral Division and the Next-Generation Technology Development Department will be integrated to establish the Technology and Business Development Division.
- Selected functions of the Engineering and Technology Division, specifically Layout and Piping Engineering, Civil and Architectural Engineering, and Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, together with the Construction Division, will be integrated to establish the Construction Management Division.
- The Corporate Management Division and the Corporate Planning Division will be integrated to establish the Strategic Corporate Division. Under this new division, the following units will be created - Corporate Strategy Unit, Corporate Platform Management Unit, PR & IR Unit.
